In accordance with the "Right to be Forgotten" provided by Ukrainian legislation and our Privacy Policy, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data from the FLASH Billing System.

Important Notice:

  • Account deletion is irreversible. You will lose access to your balance, FLASH Pixel bonuses, and transaction history.
  • Certain data (e.g., financial transaction logs) may be retained for a period determined by law to fulfill tax and legal obligations.
  • If you have an active charging session, please wait for it to complete before submitting the request.
